Project Manger, BACEL Training Program, BBPA
TKA Pinnock, BACEL project manager, manages the day-to-day operations of the BACEL Training Program. She coordinates the project, ensuring that the BBPA delivers high-quality, impactful evidence-based life skills and business development program meeting Black Canadian entrepreneurs’ present and future needs.
Choosing to focus her career on non-profit, Tka worked for organizations such as the Tropicana Community Services Organization and the Black Creek Community Collaborative. She also managed York University’s five-year community-university research project called the Assets Coming Together for Youth, which prepared her for BACEL’s data-driven foundation.
After completing an honours bachelor’s in political science and history from Queen’s University, Tka earned an MSc, Global Politics, from the London School of Economics.
